Deeply relax the body through Restorative Yoga.  All poses are mat based and gently supported by yoga props.  Mindfully breathing in each pose for 2-5 minutes allows your body to relax and release deep held tension in the body, and the mind to move toward stillness.  You will leave with less tension in body and mind.

Excellent option for those looking to work on specific themes, goals, or practices in yoga.  If you are recovering from illness or injury, trying to advance your practice, looking deeper into philosophy and meditation, or simple prefer the privacy one-on-one provides you, this is just for you.
