Stillness

There is stillness within you.   

Within this stillness you can cultivate any number of qualities.   

Creativity 
Strength 
Patience 
Love 
Acceptance
Compassion 
Truth

It has been with you from the beginning of life.  It is always accessible to you, in any moment, under any circumstances.  Yoga and mindfulness guide you back on a journey to this stillness and teach you how to come back to stillness, even in the midst of difficulty and disconnect.  Through the breath, movement, and observation, you reconnect and discover.

My yoga practice has taught me to be in the moment, leave everything outside the door and concentrate on me.
