Stillness

We are so very busy.  
There are things to do.  Errands to run.  People to care for.  Jobs to be done.   
Busy.  

Where is the stillness?  
When can you just be?  
I doesn't have to be for a whole day, weekend, week.  But what if we took the time, everyday, to just be, to just have a few breaths of stillness?  

Before you say you are too busy, I invite you, for a sweet 5 minutes, to sign off social media, to turn off the tv, to step away from the jingles of the phone, to wake a few minutes early.  

Put aside your busyness for just 5 minutes each day.  Sit, walk, lay down.  Breath in.  Breath out.  Move toward an inner stillness, one breath at a time.

See what stillness holds for you.  See what can grow from making just a little space.  See there is busyness around you, then choose what you busy yourself with.
