I doesn't have to be for a whole day, weekend, week. But what if we took the time, everyday, to just be, to just have a few breaths of stillness?
Before you say you are too busy, I invite you, for a sweet 5 minutes, to sign off social media, to turn off the tv, to step away from the jingles of the phone, to wake a few minutes early.
Put aside your busyness for just 5 minutes each day. Sit, walk, lay down. Breath in. Breath out. Move toward an inner stillness, one breath at a time.
